New Book Recounts Dull Grey UFO With Three Silver Men in Normanton
A new book about ufos reveals an unusual sighting of an identified flying object with three tall men on the 7th of July 1980 in the town of Normanton within Wakefield City in West Yorkshire, England.
The phenomenal event is described in the volume seven of Haunted Skies (1980).
The book is authored by retired police officer John Hanson and recounts an encounter by Joyce Westerman and her six children who claimed to have seen ufo in fields next to their house.
Westerman stated in the book that she never sees a thing like what they saw. She described it to have a dull grey color and a shape similar to a Mexican hat. What intrigued her the most were the three men who were dressed in silver suits. In just hundred yards away from their house, Joyce watched the men seemingly pointing a dark device at the ground and walked to the rear of the ufo, which elevated vertically and flew at an incredible speed rate before it disappeared in the sky.
In similar event, a ufo with a saucer shape was spotted by a detective inspector in Coventry in 1995. The unidentified object hovered over a tree in Birmingham and vanished before his eyes.

The letter was received by the Ministry of Defence in which it said that the child and the father reportedly had seen little air crafts in the sky. Included in the letter is the drawing of a spaceship and a waving alien. The letter was released by the MoD earlier in 2013.

for Extra-terrestrial Intelligence Received $3.5 Million from Chief Scientist
Chief scientist of a large company donated a whopping $3.5 million to SETI Institute at Mountain View. He is Franklin Antonio, a wealthy man who is interested in extra-terrestrial life.
Search for Extra-terrestrial Intelligence (SETI) is planning to spend the donated money on the Hat Creek’s Allen Telescope Array. The telescope array was formerly run by the University of California, Berkeley. Under the SETI’s administration the radio telescope array has now 350 antennas that are used to search for possible alien signals.
SRI International of Menlo Park took over the work of UC Berkeley and currently operating with the telescopes in Hat Creek.
SETI plans to replace part of antenna feed of the array to double the telescopes’ sensitivity.
Antonio, chief scientist at Qualcomm, was instrumental on the start of the San Diego company.
Extraterrestrials impact
The impact and explanations to the existence of a lot of external bodies we have experience on earth grows more intense by the day. This is occasioned by the appearance of most of the unidentified flying objects. But here, the problem is not only with the UFOs as they are rightly called. There has been some discovery of bodies and some thin layer of melt glass seen as a result of some cosmic volcanic eruptions from other planets.
There has been a confirmed existence of some contemporaneous levels of melted glass eruptions dating more than 12, 900 years ago. However, these were mostly discovered in two continents and are believed to have resulted in some siliceous scoria-like objects (SLO's). There is also a sort of tick charcoal melted layer that is discovered in Syria spanning up to12, 900 years old, which is believed to have melted under a temperature as high as that which can boil and melt sand.
This has been associated with such issues as the Younger Dryas Boundary hypothesis which explains the occurrence of some cosmic impact 12,900 years ago to spark off a Cold Climatic era.
While the aforementioned has been discovered long ago, a new set of scientists including known names like James Kennett have in recent years discovered a very thin layer of sedimentary rock that dates back to 13,000 years. This was discovered in Pennsylvania, South Carolina and then Syria. They all has the same properties and is believed to have been formed at a temperature of up to 1,700 to 2,200 degrees Celsius which results from some cosmic bodies having some impact on the earth.
There is no evidence that the melt glass is man-made or even volcanic, but the truth is that it has and shares some characteristics with the charcoal layers of Syria, and the eruptions of the Younger Dryas Boundary Hypothesis.
